CleanScouter helps businesses explore commercial cleaning options. CleanScouter is not a cleaning contractor and does not itself perform cleaning work.
Independent providers
Any provider introduced through the service is an independent business. You are responsible for reviewing credentials, insurance, scope, pricing, contract terms, and suitability before hiring.
Estimates
Online cost ranges are informational approximations, not bids, guarantees, or offers. Actual pricing can change after a walkthrough and review of condition, access, labor, supplies, compliance needs, and service scope.
No guarantee
CleanScouter does not guarantee that a match will be available, that a provider will accept a request, or the quality, timeliness, safety, or outcome of provider work.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, CleanScouter is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or work performed by independent providers.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. These terms are effective October 7, 2026.
